Title of song played after fireworks?

Hello, I visited Disneyland in Anaheim today, and they played such an amazing song right after the ending of the Dreams come true fireworks.

Does anyone know the title of the song? Thank you for your time!

I think the song you're speaking of is "Remember When" by LeAnn Rimes. It's also on the Disneyland 50th Anniversary CD.
