Tips for submitting Kohls rebates (small appliances from Black Friday)?

I have six small appliances that I ordered online to submit for rebates from Kohls - my thought at the moment is to tape each UPC code (cut from the boxes) to each receipt (shipping invoice).

Will this work? Is there a better way? I also thought about taping them all to a separate piece of paper.

Glad I saw this! I ordered 3 with rebates. I honestly thought they rebates, were they visa gift cards, were just gonna be mailed to me!

So we gotta mail it in, and to where? TIA

My receipt said only 5 rebates per household, so you may want one rebate sent to someone else who will give it to you when it comes in (my dad is always having rebates sent to me to skirt this rule. Sometimes I'm even nice enough to give them to him!)

Just follow the rebate instructions precisely and you won't have any issues.

There are a few, depending upon which ones you bought. Here is one: https://www.kohls.com/rebates/11.24Toastmaster.pdf

Edit: It looks like you can find all of the forms here: http://www.kohls.com/sale-event/rebates.jsp

It's 5 per product per household.

Just follow the rebate instructions precisely and you won't have any issues.

The rebate instructions just say to submit the UPC codes -- I guess I could just toss them all in the envelope, but I'd like the person reviewing the info to have as easy a time as possible, to minimize the possibility of error. Still waiting for one more box to arrive, so I have a few more days to obsess about whether to tape or staple the UPC codes to the shipping invoices.

Thanks for clarifying - I had already sent mine in and just looked at it quickly while filling it out. Since I only bought one thing I didn't pay close attention to the five per household clause.

my mom bought 5 small appliances just like OP. she sent it in with 5 different envelopes. 3 got approved within 2-3 weeks, the last 2 did take like 5 weeks but its coming...

you just have to be patient with them...

omg, so I finally got my visa gift card last week for $24 and when I went to use it, there was NO balance on it. So I thought I used it incorrectly. I gave it to my husband and he also tried to use it with no success. So we called the number on the back of the card and apparently it was a fraudulent card! Someone in CA made a $1 purchase and then a $23 purchase. So we were told we had to go to the website and fill out the paperwork and have it Notorized and mailed back. What a mess. I am not thinking $24 is really worth it at this point. UGH
