Tips for CRT & CP Bfasts for Party of 8 in Dec/Jan

So, long story short I'm hoping to snag early CRT and CP bfasts for a party of 8 on January 2 and January 4.

We arrive December 30, which meant my 180+10 window opened today ... the alarm didn't go off at 5:45 and when I woke up at 8:00 online didn't accept my DVC travel number anyhow. So I called in ... and got an amazing CM and was able to get everything we wanted (when we wanted) except for our two MK breakfasts CRT and CP.

Even the CM was surprised that nothing was available ... she did mention that maybe not all the spots were released yet ... and that the new system had a glitch with ADRs for parties greater than 6 at CRT.

Has anyone gotten these ADRs with larger party sizes for late December/early January? If so, any suggestions?

At this point, for the next few days I'm planning to set my alarm for 7 AM and call the dining line, and then in the afternoon call DVC MS to ask them to look. (No use going online until the 2nd and the 4th as the DVC Travel Number issues won't be fixed)

7/2 was our 180 day and I tried on 7/2 and 7/3 for a party of 4 for both CRT and Raglan Road the 1st week of January and nothing was available.

I spoke to one amazing CM, who spent a lot of time searching different ways, who said it looked like those dates had not been released yet. She said sometimes the dates don't get added until 180 days out and since I was trying 180+10, that I could try back in a few days and see if they were available.

At first I thought I was just late in the game trying to get CRT, but I got suspicious when there was not one time available for Raglan Road on Jan 5th.

Yesterday, I made CP breakfast reservations for 12/30 --- my DD's birthday -- for a party of 9. I made the reservations online at around 6:30 a.m. I checked last night and it looked like there were still slots open for CP at that point. Keep trying! Hopefully there will be openings for the dates you want soon!

Your CM experience sounds very similar to mine ... good luck to you also!

This is good to hear ... I called back again today right at 7AM and still nothing for CP and CRT but did get Kona for bfast one of those days "just in case". Today's CM also mentioned that it didn't look like all the ADRs had been loaded/released and to keep trying.
