What is the usual for tipping a limo driver? Is it a percentage or a flat rate? Thanks!!

I think you should tip 15 to 20 %. I personally tip 20% then my husband slips them more when he thinks I am not looking. I found that most the people in Orlando working in hospitality do not make a good wage and have to work more than one job just to survive.

I am planning on 20%. Although I have heard that some people tip more on the arrival flight than the return--assuming you are talking about airport transfers.
