Tipping using visa gift card...

Is there any reason why this wouldn't be possible? Since the tip is not included in the dining plan. I would like to do this, instead of carrying the money around with me everyday. I've never purchased a Visa gift caard before. Ideally, I would be able to create a pin for it, so if it gets lost, I won't have to worry about my money being stolen.

Also, what about putting it on the KTTW card we get at the begining of the trip? I just know that tips are going to be somewhere around $200.00, and it would just be easier for me to keep it on a card. Help anyone?

I'm not sure if you can tip with a credit card, I would assume you can. But I would warn you to be careful with a credit card gift card. They can be difficult to use for multiple purchases. You have to keep an accurate count of how much is left on the card for each use. Its not exactly like a reg credit card or a normal gift card. It will decline sometimes if the exact amount is not entered at time of purchase. We take alot of them at my job and I have seen a few issues with them.

I tipped with my Disney Visa CC in April & had no problem. But not sure with the gift card your using. Call the card company and ask them.

I haven't used a KTTW card before. Can you add money to it? Or use it for tipping?

I never use the KTTKC cause I was afraid of using it for charging and loosing it. Well I decided to use it back in April for charging and I lost it the first day. So I had charging taken off my card and went back to my visa. I felt better.
