Tipping the Schwan's guy?

I'm new to Schwans, and was wondering...do I tip him when I buy stuff from him? Thanks!

NO I never tipped the Schwans guy, its a commission sales job, it would be like tipping your car salesman.

I order from Schawn's every other week and I have NEVER tipped him.

When Schwan's came by I never tipped them. One day they just stopped coming by......LOL

I've never tipped - but I do try to by "specials" from him if it's something I need (or want.. ). I get the impression they either get more money (kinda like a spiff) or "extra credit" when they sell the specials. I'll usually get it if it isn't something we HATE .. It's come in handy too - mostly when I've gotten a "frozen meal" (I usually don't get those).. They come in handy as a back up meal when I'm in a hurry ..
