tipping question

I will be sending DS23 and DS13 on a fishing expedition when we're down Dec. I know they will have a guide and wasn't sure if he should be tipped and if so how much would be appropriate? It will be $270

Fishing expedition tips are 20%. That is the standard across the board and most will let you know that. It is high but that would be about $50 for a tip. Also some will do a free fish cleaning and others will charge. I was quite surprised by all this when I went deep sea fishing last year.

Thanks for the info. I waitress for a living and I'm always afraid I'm going to miss a tipped position. One thing thou - it's strictly catch and release so they won't be cleaning any fish

If I remember correctly, the fishing excursions are catch and release only.
