Tipping Question - Medieval Times Restaurant

I have only been to Medieval Times with school groups (we also go to the NJ location!), so I never know how that situation is handled. I don't know if they charge us a tip, or the organizer takes care of it while the rest of us are busy trying to herd 150 8th graders through the hall onto the buses.

I'm getting ready to go with a school trip like this. I'm assuming it would be like a restaurant serving the parties that automatically add gratuity? Because 150 teenagers who prepaid for the dinner through the school aren't going to tip at all. And I'll be herding them around. My 5 bucks won't make a dent in what the group should leave. I hope they include it in the group charge!
