tipping for non-Disney transportation

Hi everyone,

We leave tomorrow AM for AKL. We are having a service pick us up at the airport so we can make a grocery store stop.

Any suggestions on what to tip the driver? We are paying $90 for the round trip service.

There will be 2 adults and 2 children.
