It's tradition on the DCL DISboard to take phone cards on-board and then leave a note and a phone card at Guest Services for a character/CM. I suppose you could do the same at the parks. Just leave the note with a specific "address" (i.e. Cast Member who played Mickey Mouse on 7/26 at the American Pavillion at Epcot) at the front desk of your Resort hotel. You can get packs of phone cards at SAMs club. A 60 minute phone card come in handy for anyone!
