Tipping at trial appointment

I'm having a make up and hair trial in a couple of weeks. Are you supposed to tip for this? We've already paid for the actual trial and the owner of the company is the one doing my trial.

Usually I would say yes, but I think that the proprietor of the establishment is the exception. So, if the owner is doing your trial, it's not expected.

Yes it is nice to tip regardless if it is the owner or not Doesn't have to be much,it's just the right thing to do. I'm not just saying it because I'm a stylist..If I wasn't I still would tip the person.

My understanding is you don't tip the owner. Maybe try googling tipping ettiquette.

I didn't tip for the trial, and my stylist is the owner.

What if the people doing your hair and make are the owner and her assasiant, you can't tip one and not the other can you?
