Tip Amount for Limo Service

Since my niece in Tampa is joining us and has a car, we don't have to rent one this trip. On Ducklite's advice from these boards, I have booked Jimmy with Golden Limo (who, by the way, was charming on the phone and says "hi" to Anne). This is our first time we are not using a rental car and I realized I have no idea how much to tip our driver. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Perhaps a range for just OK service to Fantastic service.

We have Happy Limo booked (stretch limo) next week and their gratuity charge of 15% is automatically added into our bill. Seems like that would be a good % to use if the company endorses it.
Also, $1 per bag is a good rule of thumb if the guy is helping you out with really heavy luggage. My DH and DS tend to take care of our stuff, so we don't usually need to tip this.

Jimmy doesn't add a tip into his price. That's up to your discrtion. That said, I've never had service from him that warranted less than a 20% tip. In fact we've barely had to touch a bag with him.
