**Just an update, Chris' gall bladder is coming out tomorrow!!! Anyway, we're so happy that we know something is finally going to be done and Chris will be feeling better very soon. Good thing because in exactly 5 weeks at this time, our flight will have JUST taken off to WDW from LI! Thanks again everyone for your prayers **

So happy you finally got some answers. You and Chris will be in my thoughts and prayers tonight and tomorrow. Here's hoping for a speedy and full recovery.

My sister had her gall bladder out right before Memorial Day. She still had some trouble with food so tell Chris to take it easy at first of what he eats. If she ate something spicy or fatty it still upset her stomach.

I don't have time to reply to everyone individually right now but thank you all so very much for your well wishes and support! Good news, Chris is doing well and the surgery went great. His facebook status yesterday said, "Dr gallbladder, it's been a good 25 years but it's time for you to move on." Thanks again to everyone.

What are they saying as far as his recovery time?

We'll be thinking of you guys tomorrow. I know you will be glad to have this all behind you.

His post-op is June 29th so he'll be out of work until at least then. He works 4 ten hour days a week, Fri-Mon so the earliest he'll be back is July 2. We're hoping the doctor will write him out for one more week though because his job is very physical. The ladder he lifts is 85 lbs alone so I doubt the doctor will be opposed to giving him the extra week.

Yes, he definitely still is being cautious with what he eats. He had pain from a muffin yesterday lol thanks for the tips, we appreciate it

Hey MeMom! I hope you have a great day with your family as well. My brother and I got my dad tickets to see Lewis Black (a comedian) for when he's here on the island in October. He was really happy! Not much longer until you're in our happy place again!!

Hey everyone...we're not doing too well keeping this PTR going and we really both apologize!! On the bright side, we're both under 30 days now!! 29 for me and 26 until Tink leaves She and I are both soooo extremely excited not only to be going to our happy place but to FINALLY get to meet. Out of nowhere one of us will just text the other one something that we can't wait to do together or see together She and her family have been in St. Louis all weekend enjoying the beautiful city and going to 2 Cardinals games. Yesterday was Chris' grandma's surprise 70th birthday party and today we're heading out to do a little shopping in a while before we both head home to our own houses to have dinner with our dad's and families. Oh and I don't know if I've mentioned but about 2 weeks ago I hit the 20 lbs lost mark But I've been stuck there now since then I hope to lose at least 5 more lbs before we leave for WDW. Anyway, I know Tink will have some pictures to post when they get back and I'll make sure to get some pictures up of the new clothes Chris and I buy today since most of it will be for the trip! I hope everyone enjoys Father's Day with their families today!

Hi girls! I haven't checked in on here in so long, but Tinkgurl is always posting on my TR so I thought I should!

Congrats on losing 20lbs! I just did that myself and boy does it feel good! Though in the process I gained 7 on our April trip oops! But I got it back off thank God!!

Tinkgurlfriend... can't wait til you are back!
