DH, myself, DD (6) and DS (5)
We were out early this morning for our 7:45 PS at O'Hana. My uncle works here and it was nice to meet with him and all of the familiar faces at O'Hana. Our server was Grace, who I have known most of my life. My uncle is David, so if you see him, tell him his neice says HI!! My kids love this breakfast. They enjoy the parade with maracas and the skillet style breakfast. We also enjoyed an added treat of TONGA TOAST, courtesty of U. David and Grace. I have never had this before, and let me tell you it will be on the list of items we will get next trip to WDW!!
Today was our MGM day. We finally managed to ride The Great Movie Ride, which we enjoyed very much.
DD rode on Tower of Terror, or as we call it in our house now, Tower of Poopie!! DD started to chicken out in line and DH kept her going. She kept saying, "But...I have to pee" She got on the ride fine and enjoyed it but immediately said she needed a bathroom. WELL... you can guess what happened in there. DH said she came out, looked at him and ran back in. DH said most of the time we were seperated, they were in the bathroom! She did say she would ride again though. DS and I bought an ice cream cone, mint chocolate chip and waited for them to return. We ran into our friends while we were leaving and they were having a good time but needed our guidance. Not today folks, we were off to the HOOP DE DOO!!
Ok, we love the Hoop De Doo. We tried to tell DD that we would say we were from Kwajalein if asked not NJ. WELL, DD was having none of that. She insisted we tell the truth or she would tell on us. I explained to her that it was all in good fun. Ok, so it get to the part of the show where they ask where everyone is from. We didn't volunteer the information and were not asked, so DD did not need to worry. OK, here comes the funny part. DD raised her hand to tell them that it was her birthday, (It is not, her bday is not until Dec.) They asked her how old and she said 7! They asked her where she was from and ...... she said.... LOS ANGELES!!! We laughed so hard I almost peed my pants.
Our table was directly in the center of the room, which has to be the BEST table. Everytime the characters came into the dininghall they were right next to our table. As a matter of fact, when they do the portion of the show on the floor, DH and DS had to move their chairs. We had a great time and our Hoop De Doo photo is fantastic. The ribs and chicken were great as was the strawberry shortcake. We left full and very happy.
Took the boat back to WL and swam until we could swim no longer.
