My DD really wants to meet Tinkerbell, like immediately. Would we have time to see Tinker and get to Peter Pan without needing a FP for Peter Pan?

What time of year? The chance of a longer line increase as time goes on. But if Tinker Bell is highest priority, she's on the way. The standby line for Peter Pan is charming for a Tink fan. Only drawback to standby is at places it can feel a bit claustrophobic if you don't like enclosed spaces.

PP lines are generally long, but late Feb, early Mar should be easier.
The interaction by both the characters is AWESOME. Please note that this may be the reason (apart from popularity) for the long lines, but both will spend as much time as needed with your DD and REALLY get into their character. I think you will love it as a parent.
TB will be near the entrance and the 3 times we have seen her, the wait time was 15 min posted, with 10 min real. PP was about 20 mins twice and 40 mins the other (20 mins was in Jan, so am expecting the same in your timeframe).
HAVE FUN.

i can't say enough about meeting Tinkerbell last February. I was a solo traveler. I got to see how she interacted with the little girls in the family ahead of me and she was completely charming. When it was my turn there was absolutely no chance in personality/how she treated me versus the young girls ahead of me. I'm sure your daughter will LOVE meeting Tink. Also, when I got in line there was MAYBE a posted 20 minute wait. I waited less than 10.

If meeting Tink first is important I'd do just that and then go to the ride. The line will build but it won't be outrageous when you get there. Tink shouldn't have much of a line at all first thing

I think PP is talking about PP ride, not PP character (since they mention FP and there is no FP for PP character)

All I can say is that Tink is awesome! I would hit the park at RD, head straight to PP and use the SB queue. The line should be fairly manageable. It is worth waiting a while for if you have a Peter Pan fan. After the attractions go back to meet Tinkerbell. Yes, you are backtracking, but as far as lines go, I think that you would still be saving time. Tink is one of my favorite M&G.

I would get a FP for tink ( she really dose not have a long line but if she is a must do then that why you know you can get in ) as fair as PP the ride has long lines beside the first 20 minute of park opening and the line is really cool if you are talking about the charter ( person) then I do not think he starts to meet until 11ish ( you can ask any charter attendant and they should be able to tell you. have a good trip
