can anyone tell me where the store is located, and what time it opens? We want to try a wake Tink, how early do we have to get there for a chance?? Thanks!

It is right behind the castle on your left. You cant miss it!! We have never waken up Tink, but have just seen her flying around ( its just a light that twinkles around the store on the wall) I think you have to be the first in the store when it opens. Im sure someone will give you more details on waking her!!! Have fun!

When you get into the store, just ask a CM if anyone has woken Tink up yet. If not, they'll be happy to have you do it.

You can tell if Tink is awake by the "pixie" sound and fairy "trail" around the store. Look up and you will see lights that sparkle as Tink "flies" around the room. Tinkerbells treasure is one of my favorite stores. I wish they had all the princes stuff in adult sizes! I was so excited this past January when they had a few ladies' size windbreakers.

My DD 6 was lucky enough to have been able to wake up Tink on our Oct. Trip last year....

We had an 8:30 seating for breafast with Cindy but the park opened at 9:00.........

We could actually see the shop from our table so my DH said "they just opened the doors - let's go" and took my DD down while I stayed behind with the others.

I would have to say the shop opens at park opening b/c we were just served our food when they ran out! Your given a magic wand and must repeat "wake up Tinkerbell" 3 times while waving the wand over the box where she sleeps...and suddenly she begins to flutter around the shop! Don't forget the Video camera, our DD loves to watch it over and over!

Good Luck.

OMGosh! That sounds so cute....will they let a 40 something woman wake Tink?;)

My sister (14) and I (28) just woke Tink up in August. We had never even heard of it before I signed on to the DIS boards... so we just had to do it (even if our chronological age makes us too old... we still feel like 5 years old at WDW.) This is what we had to do to be able to do it:
We arrived at MK around 8:30 and entered through the gates. The crowds are stopped before the Railroad overpass and not allowed to enter on to Main St. until just before 9 am. When the crowds were finally allowed to enter Main St. we ran all the way to the castle (officially we walked very quickly - off the record, it was a sprinting race between us and some teenagers to get to the back of the park.) We entered under the castle and at the back of the castle there was a rope hanging across the walk way. No one could get out of the back of the castle until 9am. While we were standing there (only 2-3 minutes before the rope dropped) we told one of the CM's that we were very excited to finally have the chance to wake up TinkerBell. That CM was very nice and told the ladies that work in the store that what we were there for. We were glad that we got there so fast because there was another family that walked in about 60 seconds after us and then quickly left once they realized that we had already asked to do it.
Anyways, it was a great experience for both of us, we've scrapbooked our certificate along with a picture of us actually waking Tink up.
Good Luck!!!

Don't forget to take a peek at Tink in the dresser drawer in the shop as well!
