Timing Question...ROL to Yak & Yeti

We are going in December and we have a lunch set at Tiffins at 12:10 for the ROL show admission. ROL is only showing at 6:30 on the day that we are going. I am trying to decide if I should keep the 4:30 lunch reservation that I have at Yak & Yeti or take the 7:00 reservation that shows on the website. Do you think it's possible for two people on mobility scooters to make it from ROL over to Yak & Yeti for a 7:00 reservation? The Disney website says that ROL is only 15 minutes. I would think that if they are true to this show length and are running on time that 15 minutes would be just fine for traveling to the restaurant and still be a bit early, if not at the very least, on time. What do you think?

If you can sit on the EE side for ROL, you'll probably make it. Do you know if you can take and sit on your scooters for ROL? If you can't, then you'll be late for a 7:00 ADR.

Yes, we will be on our scooters and I had thought that sitting on the Asian side near EE was going to be the way to go. Thanks for the input. :-)

Try calling the restaurant directly or joining the Landry's Select Club.

ETA: I rewrote this post, removing bad info that I don't want anyone to waste their time on.

Make a reservation via Open Table for 7:30 and cancel your ADR.

Y&Y is not Disney-owned and allots a certain number of reservations for ADRs. You'll find more availability with the restaurant directly or with Open Table.

Unfortunately, this doesn't work for Y&Y. The Disney Landry's restaurants aren't on opentable and you can only call the Rainforest Cafe's in WDW directly.

OP, I would highly suggest getting a Landry's Select Club card. It's $25, but that $25 goes toward your bill. You can also choose a birthday month (it could be December) and you will get a $25 birthday bonus. With the Landry's card you don't even need a reservation. You simply show up at Y&Y, show them your card and you will get priority seating even over people with ADR's. We've never waited more than 5 minutes for a table and this was even during busy holiday times. If you get the card, you won't have to rush to Y&Y after ROL. Simply head over after the show, show them the card and they will seat you. http://www.landrysselect.com/

Of course you are correct. I got confused staying at the Swan last time and going through Open Table instead of Disney's ADR system. What I wrote initially is what we experienced with Il Mulino and Bluezoo.
