I've heard multiple times on here, stories of people who have ADRs but end up not being seated for some time (sometimes up to an hour!) after their ADR time. I know you're supposed to check in earlier than your time.

All of our ADRs (except the Princess breakfast in Norway) are for lunchs, right around noon. Are we setting ourselves up for failure? Should I call and see if we can get earlier/later ADRs? We will be there the first part of August.

Here's our list..

Tuesday August 7th, CRT - 12:05PM
Wednesday August 8th, Garden Grill - 12:00PM
Sunday August 12th, Sci-Fi Drive In - 12:10PM
Monday August 13th, Tony's Town Square - 12:00PM

I also don't want to eat lunch TOO late... with the exception of our first MK day (damn EMH) we intend to be there at rope drop. A sit-down, air conditioned lunch will be very welcome by then! Plus I know that CRT doesn't start seating until noon anyway for lunch, which is fine because I don't want to mess with that reservation anyway!

Lunch is usually a lot less busy than dinner, so I think you'll be okay. Even for a noon reservation, most of the restaurants will only have been open for an hour at most, so shouldn't be too backed up. I can't remember ever having to wait long for a lunch ADR, even at Le Cellier.

And the tattoo looks a little like Cassie from Dragon Tales, but I've spent so many years surrounded by small children that the Kratt brothers are starting to look hot.

You should be fine for all of them. We've eaten at Sci Fi for lunch quite often and I think the longest we had to wait was 5 minutes. The last time, we were the only ones checking in although most of the cars were full. I've never seen a crowd around the Garden Grill at lunchtime and usually open tables. If Cinderella's Table just starts seating at noon, you might have a "problem". Just because they will have to seat a lot of people all at the same time. I can't imagine Tony's being a problem.

So relax and enjoy.
