Timing for box shipping?

If I want to be sure to have the box at AoA by 10/8/12 via FedX, when do I need to send it out? Just not sure how many days to allow shipping from SE PA to AoA? thanks!

I just went and made a 10lb 12x12x12 package shipping from 19440 to 32830 as if i was shipping it today.. here are the prices..

I dont know what the ground is for sure, i dont know if it is guaranteed or not, but imo 2 business days would be thursday PM for less then their saver.. perhaps someone that uses fedex can comment on that..

I just sent a box from MN to CSR. I used the Fed Ex site and ground was three days. I sent it about a week and a half before we left and it made it there in 3 days as stated (sent on Thursday, arrived on Tuesday, we checked in on Saturday). Our box was 30 pounds, and cost about $30 to ship ground...certainly cheaper than checking another bag!
