Has anybody done business with Bobby Keen at Timeshare 101? Is he on the up-and-up? His prices seem awfully cheap....

No direct info, you might try TUG. Are you sure their prices are low or are you just accustomed to DVC prices. Remember that good timesahres can many times be bought for pennies on the dollar. Their Hot Deals seem to be a good starting point for some of the options but definitely not LOW prices.

What resorts and price range are you looking at. As i noted, their Hot price timeshares do not look like anything special from a price standpoint?
 

Not a bad price but not a great one either for an off season CH Orlando week. You could always offer less. You would be better off with a Platinum Legend's Edge or Manor Club resort for simple trading. Likely lower fees and better trade value. Still, if you will use it part of the time, CH or GV would be a good choice.
