Timeshare Store Question

Am considering selling my DVC timeshare with The Timeshare Store.

Has anyone experienced this and how does it work?
Are there any pitfalls as a UK seller with tax etc?

I have used them several times to buy or sell. Service is first rate, friendly, and knowledgable. The only special item that I am aware of is a special foreign tax that is paid at closing. The Timeshare Store can explain how it works.
