Timeshare store question

When you see a contract on TTS website, do you make an offer or do you pay the price that is listed. I have never bought resale before so I am not sure how it works.

You can do either.
I've purchased 6 resales in the last 7 months, and only once did I pay the asking price. It's like any other real estate transaction, make an offer - the seller will either accept, reject or counter.

Everything in resale is negotiable--price, MF's, and closing costs. Make the offer you would like and go from there.

I am in the process of buying a BWV contract and I paid less per point than listed as well as asked the seller to pay 2011 MF's.

I am also in the process of selling BLT and got full asking price on that one so it really just depends.
