Times for Happy Harbor & Dolphin Feeding

i'm trying to plan our day at SW on sun. 3/25.
we'd like to feed the dolphins first then go over to the kiddie rides in shamu's happy harbor area. when is the first dolphin feeding - 9:15, 9:30? does the happy harbor open at 9, 10? sometimes, certain rides/attractions don't open right away & i'm just wondering if the happy harbor is one of them.

the first feeding is 9:15 if everything's ready to go with the dolphins. I've never seen a posted time for happy harbor opening. it's on the opposite side of the park, so you're looking at a 20-30 minute walk to it. it should be open by the time you finish the feeding and make your way there.
