Timekeeper In April????

Does anyone know if Timekeeper will be open the last week in April? What about Carousel Of Progress? My father actually went to Magic Kingdom on February 26, 2005 and said that both Timekeeper and Carousel Of Progress was open.

We've never been lucky enough to hit Timekeeper being open. We usually go in Feb. In "04 we got into COP but not Timekeeper. COP is a riot, my DD said "it is so retro it is cool"
