Time to stroll from from EOS to Cirque...

How long would you allocate to get from EOS to Cirque when walking at a slow pace. I'm thinking 30 minutes ....

That's probably a good estimate, if maybe a bit long. Its certainly at least 20 minutes. You just need to add a fudge factor for those quick stops to check out the store windows.
