Okay, I have been off my WW for a month now! I needed a little break! I have maintained my 30 pound weight loss and have stayed within a 3 pound range up and down to scale.
I still have 20 pounds to go and have a goal to loose those 20 pounds by my next vacation which is at the end of August.
I have been to my doctor and my blood pressure is normal (now). I am still going to curves 3 times per week. I just have to start journaling and sticking to my 24 points with WW. After I loose the next 20 pounds I am going to get my cholesterol checked again because it is STILL HIGH!
I feel so much healthier. I can see in past and present photos that I look much better. I am still motivated to loose those 20 pounds. I have donated ALL my clothes that were size 1x, 2x, or 18, 20 or 22. I hope to get rid of my size 16's that I am currently wearing. My goal is size 14. I am 5' 8'' and not petite by any standard! I am realistic and feel I can maintain at a size 14.
