Time to DOUBLE up!! 2 for 1 Pre-TR!!!!!!! TRIP REPORT HAS STARTED!!!!!!!

I have no idea what you guys are talking about - even if I am an "M" worker overseas, very near China... But it sounds hilarious!! Going to google it now...

Maybe you can have a later dinner on Friday or a nice late lunch on Saturday. I'm sorry to hear that Lisa is having a hard time right now. Is Lauren feeling any better?

Yeah...I probably should book those, huh! :)

Lauren is doing better - back at school. But she is so far behind. And stressed.

William, however, is NOT doing better. I have no idea what they are going to do end up doing about that.

If she did decide on Disney (which if we did this in the next 1-2 years I'm sure she would) then I guess we could ask for GKTW if they put us up somewhere different.

Definitely! :thumbsup2

LOL.. They joke around, which is fine, but at least they don't talk over each other like the DIS podcast. I'm sure they are fun people.. they come across that way.

Well...:rolleyes1

:)

I never knew about Wendy... You do a great job answering everyone's questions and keep many of the families from freaking out! LOL

Oh yeah. She started the first thread and I took over after she got back from her trip and was not on the DIS as much. If you have never read her TR - it is a great one! :) Her name is Wendygrace and she is, I believe, the first TR on the Wish Trippers list. :)

I'm sure Disney would be high on her list.. This is a Disney everyday household! :rotfl:

Gotta love that! :)

Is that report done yet???? Or is there more to come?:confused3

Well...technically it is done. But I have some more I can report on...I suppose. I may do some of that this weekend. I have the first few days of NOTHING that I have had in a long time. :)

We are DISers! No plan, ADR, trip is final till it's over!!!! :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl:

Now THAT's what I am talking about! :)

ps: I wrote in pink just for you! :rotfl:

So...what are your plans for Monday 3/15?

That would be soooo cool if you guys could actually meet!!! Woohoo!

I saw your ADRs on Leisa's TR. They look good... I'll comment over there.

I hope William starts feeling better.

I'll have to go back and read Wendy's TR.

OH YEA.. thanks for the pink!

As of now we have an ADR for Kona at 8:30 and WWC at 6:15. As far as what we are doing during the day... I have no clue yet. I'm sure we are going to some park.:confused3

It would be.. gotta get working on that.

We've been having fun for the last few days but....

Melody caved in and got the H1N1 vaccine last night. She was going to have to take care of a patient that had it but then his surgery got canceled. She figured she should just go and get it. There are patients at her hospital that have H1N1 now.

They are closing some schools in CT because of the number of sick kids. I had a grammar school Halloween dance Friday night that canceled because of H1N1 fears. It is starting to get bad.

Juliana has her 3 months scans and her oncologist appointment on Monday morning. As always, we start getting a little antsy. We are going to find out what we should do with Juliana getting the H1N1 vaccine. With her having MPO deficiency, her immune system is not as strong. Having her in school now and taking dancing, she is around many other kids that we have no idea if they, or someone in their family, are sick or not. Hopefully we will get some answers and hopefully they will have the vaccine at CCMC. (Connecticut Children's Medical Center)

As always, we hope her scans and blood tests come back normal.princess:

Keeping your family in our thoughts and prayers!!

Hope Melody does fine the next few days!

Oh gosh, you know I'll be thinking of Juliana and you guys on Monday. Hopefully you'll find some answers about what to do about the vaccine and her scans/blood tests come back good.

Thanks! It always amazes me how fast three months go. I feel like we were just doing this.

Hope Melody does fine the next few days!

Thank you! I'm sure Juliana's blood work and tests will be OK.. but there is always the uncertainty that makes it stressful.

Tried to write earlier, but my power went off as I was posting.

I do hope Mel isn't down too long with the bug, and she can get back to work quickly!

Certainly will be praying for Juliana; not to get it, and for her appt. on Monday. She's such a trooper!

I will be praying for you guys.

Scans are a scary time. Hopefully you guys can pass time on the DIS - When should you find out the results?

H1N1 is scary, but if Juliana gets it they should give her Tamiflu and hopefully she will get well very fast.

I was terrified of Lauren getting it, but she did remarkably well with the Tamiflu and got well quick. The sinus infection she got a week or two later kicked her booty!

Good for Mel. I've not had a flu shot in probably ten years. The last time I had one I got so sick that I swore them off. We have one lawyer in the hospital with swine flu and one of the girls that sits near me has been home the last three days because her daughter has it.

You know that the prayers and the pixie dust will be going 110% over the next couple of days until Juliana goes for appointment and we get the WONDERFUL results.

The lady that gave Mel the shot said that she got it 9 days ago and she didn't get sick. So I'm hoping Mel is OK. She really didn't want to get the vaccine.

Thanks for the prayers!

We usually find the results of the scans and the bloodwork the same day... usually later in the afternoon before the clinic closes.

Was Lauren officially diagnosed with H1N1? Or were they just giving her the Tamiflu to be safe? (you might of posted already.. I forgot though:sad2:)

I know what you mean..I always get nervous going to Iowa City for my ear check-ups.
How often do you have to go?

I never got the flu shot till Juliana was born. I have gotten it the last few years though. I don't know if I am going to get the H1N1. I'll probably wait and see.

Thank you for praying for her.

Sending you guys lots of positive vibes and prayers for Juliana's scans! You're right, I can't believe how fast 3 months go because I remember the last time you guys did this and it doesn't feel like it was 3 months ago!

I know you'll come back and post when you can. We'll be thinking about you guys! :)

Every 6 months.
Hopefully after this appointment Juliana will be going to every 6 months too. They might do 3 months again so she can have her CAT scan then go to every 6 months. We will see what they say.

I know 3 months does go really fast.:confused3

Thank you for your prayers.

I've been ignoring my own PTR for the last few days and I will get back on track soon. I just wanted to post a pic from Halloween. I got dressed up too and even got some candy for myself which I quickly ate.

I will post sometime tomorrow to let you know the results of her scans and bloodwork. We usually don't find out until 4 or so.
