We will be taking the Disney transfer from the ship to Magic Kingdom. Looking for feedback on how long we should allow? What is a realistic time to arrive at MK?

The transfers go only to resorts, not the parks. So are you asking how long it would take you until you are at the park? Which resort would you be going to? It really can vary based on how full the bus is when you get on (you have to wait until it fills so that could be 5-20 minutes) and its about an hour drive and then it varies based on how many resorts you have to stop at before you get to yours. (Could add another 30-45 minutes to the process). Then once at the resort, transportation to the MK depends on which resort you are at.

OK we are staying at Art of Animation. I guess we will just wing it. We are hoping to arrive in MK by noon.

Whilst technically correct, the DCL coaches go to Polynesian and Contemporary. Polynesian is either monorail (Resort stop or TTC), or boat to MK (Resort or TTC) and Contemporary is a short walk. Yes monorail but you have to go all the way around on the resort one. You can make MK by 9am.

Epcot- Beach Club.
AK The AK Lodge.
MGM Boardwalk, and boat.

I agree, you shouldn't have any issue getting to the park by noon. I was just trying to be clear that you can't take a bus right to a park. Also, what would you do with your luggage? It isn't like Magic Express where they handle that for you. You have to take it from the terminal (or have a porter help) and put it on your bus. Once you get to your resort, you would turn it over to Bell Services if you want to head out to the park immediately.

So whilst Disney Fantasy may be technically correct he has gotten to MK by 9 am, that may not be possible if you need arrange for your luggage at Art of Animation.

We always use DCL transfers to our DW resort stays after the cruise. Our first cruise we stayed at POFQ after and we checked in at 9:30 am. The second cruise we checked into VWL by 10 am. Both times we could have easily been in the parks by 11am without a problem.
