I know I should call Universal, but maybe someone here knows the answer....
I ordered 6 adult multi-day passes to Universal 2 1/2 years ago. I did Will Call, because they asked for the names of the guests. I was not sure which of my adult kids would be able to come along, with work commitments, etc. So I did Will Call. We expected to go down shortly after Harry Potter opened.
Things changed, DH was out of work for a bit, and DD had a few surgeries and health challenges. So, these tickets are still un-"called" for..... I am making sure I keep the credit card open that I used to pay for them, and I have a printed receipt.
How long can I let these hang? Still not sure when we will get down there! They were a bargain, I think $89 for up to 7 days of use in a 14 day period. They are for the 2 Universal Parks, and Wet and Wild. On my next trip to Orlando, should I at least try and get over to Universal to pick them up?
I realize this is a very weird situation.
