Time Frame on Renting Points ?

We are looking at renting points to stay at the BCV. Would it be possible to rent points from someone to stay at BCV this July or is it too late?

We've never rented points before but are considering giving it a try.

Sure you can try to get in a reservation for July. The best way to work this is to say something like "We are looking to rent points for BCV checking in (insert date here) and checking out (insert date here). We would like to stay in a (insert room size here, Studio, 1 Bdr., 2 Bdr., Grand Villa) if possible. Our 2nd room size choice would be (insert room size here). Our alternate location would be at (insert resort here)." Some one will call Disney and check for availability for those dates, room size and resorts you are interested in. If you do work with someone and you're going to communicate via Private Message or E-Mail you should check this forum frequently if they are going through the process of trying to get you a reseravation. There may be questions that need to answered and all it takes is one day for the reservation that you could have had is gone. It depends. If you want July 4th timeframe, it could be very difficult. If you want other times in July, you may have a better chance to get what you need. Just remember that popular times get booked quickly by members. Members can make their reservation 11 months ahead of time at their home resort. So if you want a Grand Villa, popular time of the year, etc., try to get as much lead time as possible.

BCV tends to be sold out faster in the summer because of access to SAB. We tried for early June about two months ago and it was sold out.

If you are flexible with the resort, you have a better chance, too.
