Time for Palo reservations on 7 night

Can any recent 7 night cruisers please tell me what time they start taking reservations for Palo? I know on our last 4 night cruise in January, we went to lunch first and then got our reservations. They actually had the area roped off so you couldn't go wait on line any earlier.

When we were just there it was 1:00 in Rockin Bar D. We were able to go get some lunch and then go down to make our reservations.

When you check in they give you a sheet with all the times that things open, so be sure to check that when you get there.
