Yeah! Let's start a DIS petition to get you hired! We saw Spectro last summer and right after it started this dad and his 3 year old came up behind me and the entire time he was holding his 3 year and having him kick me to try to get me to move! I held my ground though. I pretended like the dad and his bratty beast didn't even exist. There was no way I was moving so that brat could see better no matter how many bruises I ended up with. They so should have been banned.

As far as the "not the same Cinderella" thing...I think you handled it very well. I am not a mommy yet (but we are trying so keep your fingers crossed), but I am a special ed teacher and before that I was a head teacher in a classroom full of three year olds, so I do have some experience....anyway....I would have done the same thing. "Women and Princesses wear makeup and sometimes they do little things to change the way they look, like put on different color eye shadow or draw on/cover up moles. It's kind of like playing dress up."

We made an ADR for CRT this past weekend! Yay! It's just DH and I, and to be honest, neither of us have any interest in partying with the mice, but hopefully we'll have a yummy meal, and enjoy eating in the castle! Can't wait!

I am so glad you guys got to see WISHES this year!! Isin't it just awesome!! I have the CD from it, and we have been listening to it constantly and I tear up everytime just thinking about it! I love WISHES!

I didnt know you guys had never seen WISHES before. Was it all you hoped for? I know it is one of our favorite things to see at WDW, but crowds ARE crazy afterwards.

Thanks, yes, we had never stayed before and yes, we loved it! They were some sort of flying ant looking things, they were NASTY!

Love the pics of the fireworks behind the castle, I have to figure out how to take good fireworks pics before we go!!! And you got to see . That is a must do for us, whatever it takes. Great installment about a great night, except for those grody bugs!

good job on lauren's BBB homemade makeover! i totally would do that, too! the biggest advantage (besides saving $$$) is that it keeps her from asking for one of those squirrel-like hair pieces.

i've heard they have a pirate cruise for little boys. i don't know anything about it other than it's peter pan/captain hook themed and i think it takes off from the contemporary.

SO GLAD you guys got to see wishes!!!! isn't it so great? did you cry? i do every time, especially during the finale!

sorry about the rude people at spectro. i honestly think it's inevitable. they're everywhere! i just can't believe the nerve of someone who walks up 5 minutes before a parade starts and tries to squeeze in front of people.

That's so funny about the squirrel hair pieces, she's not getting one of those : ) It is great, I got goosebumps all over but no tears, but I'm not a huge cryer, so amazing though!

It was an unexpected surprise reading your TR tonight. Yeah Me My DH and I have encountered last minute finding a seat for the parade people. I really hate that. We sit and wait for 1 1/2 at least before parade time just so we can get a great spot, and then it never fails that some family comes at the last minute and wants to infringe on my space. One of us will usually sit and save the space, so we have said many things to many people many times. We hate that. Tim did a fantastic job on the hair. No way will my DH even attempt to put in a ponytail. He's tried it before, but his manly fingers just aren't that capable of twisting that tiny piece of elastic. (at least that's what he says ) I think he just doesn't want to do it. Good job Tim! We ate at Cinderella's castle in 2002 and I thought the food wasn't worth the $$$ we paid, and you are right about the kids selection. Come on, a hot dog? Although my little one won't eat much other than chicken nuggets or hot dogs. No hamburgars for her. Sorry I went off on a tangent.

I know, isn't it terrible the nerve of some people. Tim has some big manly hands too but being a stay at home dad he had to master the elastic band and he certainly has, such a good guy.

Another wonderful update!!! Lauren is beautiful, you two did a great job. I am with you that Disney needs to do something special for the boys, I have two, it always seems that everything is for the girls. I love the prime rib at CRT too, it was wonderful. Can't wait to read more

I love that picture with Chip and Dale too. For the first three nights it will just be Tim and I in Grand Haven, then my parents will drive up with the kids and we'll finish out the vacation all together My brother Dave and his wife Barbie will be there too, should be a good time.

Thank you so much we are so excited. I know, I don't have the heart to change that avatar pic, that was our first trip together as a family of 4, she was just born to wear those ears, she looks so happy in them! She was 8 months old in that picture.

I hate when that happens with the parade cutters that happenend to us during the halloween parade and that is when the Brooklyn comes out in me and I handle it Brooklyn style and it is not pretty because we also wait an hour or sometimes more for a spot. Tim you are a real trip that was funny.

Great update, and BTW--thanks so much for the WL video tour!!! Tom and I have wanted to stay there for so long, but our plans for that resort keep getting postponed!! After seeing the video, it just makes me want to stay there that much more! Do you guys think that you will still go back to WL now that you are DVC members---are the villas as conveniently located to the rest of the resort?

Also---the end of the video with Tim dancing was hilarious!! He is just like Tom--see video camera taping, must perform!!! I am sure you have seen that dance MANY times before!!!

AND I think the people crowding you out at the parade is RIDICULOUS!!! I hate when people do that--so rude!! I think Tim would make an excellent minister of goodwill--loved the "OH NO YOU DIDN'T!!!" Too funny!

Sorry for all these random thoughts--I think they should do some type of Pirate make-over thing AND a breakfast/lunch/dinner thing for the boys--so unfair!! I know they do the "cool dude" package at the BBB, but they need their own "guy" place!

They do have the cool dudes package at the BBB and 2 years ago I took my son to the main street barber for a haircut and they put red dye in his hair and all of this other stuff and he really stood out and he got picked for the pirate show and it was really funny because they kept talking about his hair.

And I just loved the updates!!! I think y'all did a perfect job of Lauren's makeover. Next trip just tack on a day, and hold your own BBB in your room letting a bunch of little girls from your resort come by, and charge the parents 1/2 of what it costs for the real BBB!
