You have to love arriving in Orlando early. (No lines) Too bad your room was not ready when you first arrived but at least you used that time to do a few things before your ADR.

I read where you said that a picture is included with the meals now in Norway - I wonder when my family goes for breakfast if we will get a picture too??

Let Tim know its OK that he was taking a "mouse nap". I'm sure if I got up as early as you guys did I would be napping too...

MMMM! Love the Rice Cream in the middle!!! That was the best part of this meal when we tried it a few years ago. I ate EVERY LAST DROP!

Luke is a HUGE lover of the “Mr. Men” books by Roger Hargraves. I loved them and collected them as a child and was thrilled to find them in the Little Toy Soldier toy store in Epcot in the United Kingdom last year and bought some for him and we’ve tried to find them ever since and can only special order them. So he was eager to spend some of his money in the Little Toy Solder. He was so excited when we walked in and they were EVERYWHERE. He had a hard time limiting his purchase to 6 books so he didn’t spend his souvenier money all at once. Here is a happy Luke in front of the store with his books:

That's awesome! We love those books, too and have been getting them for Amelia on the last several trips. I have such fond memories of them as a child!

On a side note, everytime Amelia sees a picture of Lauren, she says, "Hey! There's me!" I've tried explaining to her that it was Princess Lauren, but hey, she's 3!

I decided to call the lodge one more time to see if our room was ready, well as I was on the phone on hold someone around us completely pooped their pants : ) I mean really, it was the most God-awful smell EVER!!!

Reminds me of December 03 when my Mom and I were in Voyage of the Little Mermaid. There was a kid sitting next to us in what probably was a CRAPload in her pants. UGH! IT was foul!!!!

What a great beginning!!! Everyone looks so excited to be at Disney!!!

I just have to say that I think it is eerie that we didn't run into each other. Monday was our Epcot day, and we did Maelstrom around 1:30 maybe, followed by China and Test Track around 2:30 -- we must have just missed you!!!

Not to mention that we were at Chef Mickey's at 5:00!!!

That is crazy we didn't run into eachother, sounds like you were about a half an hour behind us on everything, how crazy.

I was on my way to bed, I checked my email for the last time and saw you posted this... I had to read it!!!

This is so exciting... Everyone looks so happy.. Awesome pictures....
I can't wait for more!!!!

great first installment!!! wow....you guys really did have some pretty princesses. the kids are getting so big - you guys are gonna be in trouble in a few years from both the boys and the girls! we experienced some poopie smell at epcot one day too! you'll see later on in my TR. weird! i hope the "fireworks with friends" teaser means you guys finally saw wishes!

I know, they were top notch princesses! We always say we're gonna be in trouble when they get older, I just can't think about it. Isn't that funny how epcot produces those smells, must be the heat and food

Yes, that was school bread, thanks for reminding me. He LOVED it. Our waitress said the stuff in Norway is much better and they keep trying to get the bakery to improve the recipe. Tim told her if it's better in Norway he can't imagine how good that stuff tastes. I'm not a coconut fan so I didn't try it.

Did you know you can order the Mr. Men books off amazon? I was at Barnes & Noble yesterday at Union Centre Blvd and they had some Little Miss books--although I can't say I was looking for the Mr. Men ones. Just trying to find ways so you don't have to special order.

I'm excited to read about your room. 4 years ago we got 5th floor WL MK side--and I know what you mean--it has to be the best location there. Can't wait for the next installment.

You should get a picture at breakfast too, it is my understanding it is at all meals which is a wonder why it isn't two credits yet, I am sure that is soon to come.

Thank you, yes we really enjoy Epcot. It was so cool for Lauren to win that dream first thing, not Luke's favorite part of the trip but it was soon forgotten.

Wow Leslie, great first report. You guys sure accomplished a lot at Epcot. The princesses were very cute, and your kids are so adorable.

It is hard to walk around the WS when it is so hot. We spent a lot of time going into the stores to cool off! Oh I mean shop!
