Tim Russert passes

I don't know where to put this, but ...MSNBC and CNBC just announced that Tim Russert collapsed and died from a heart attack earier this afternoon. He was only 58. And he was my favorite political pundit. He'll be sorely missed.

Sure do know who you mean. Watched him several times on "Meet the Press" and other NBC news items when visiting the USA. Very sad.

I watched Meet The Press a lot and really respected his opinions, am really sad he died - and so young too

Bruce Springsteen dedicated "Thunder Road" to him on Saturday night (at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff). Apparently he was a fan and a friend and Bruce said he would miss seeing his face in the audience.
