Hello everyone, we have returned home from our MAGICAL 10 day Disney Vacation!
There were some tears shed yesterday, I can't believe how it effected the kids leaving - boy oh boy -but details on that the final day of the TR
I have to say this was by far the best Disney vacation we have had
- we have gone every summer with the kids for the past 5 years and this one topped it all. FABULOUS weather, no sick kids, great resort, Wishes granted, etc.. etc. We took SOOOOO many pictures while we were gone so it will be a VERY detailed TR this time around. I had so much fun writing my TR last year but didn't have it in mind while we were there and wrote it on a whim when we returned, this year we had it on our minds so took triple the pics! Should be a good TR for you guys.

To answer your questions, someone asked about the BBB having a certain type of hair package (I think pirate or something) I didn't see that one, they had the Pop star princess, Fairytale princess and then the one with hair extentions that was like a Fairytale princess but with extentions (forget the name of that package) but no pirate one. Can't WAIT to share our experience there with you, UNFORGETTABLE, my princess looked incredible, that place is AWESOME. If you are thinking of getting ressies for it DO IT! They said one lady called 4 months straight every day and had just gotten in that day Lauren was there- so the ressies must be extremely hard to get, I HIGHLY recommend it
(you'll see why when you get the pics).
As for the water delivery-yes I ordered water from Costco before we left using info from here on the Dis and it was there when we got there- our fridge was stocked with water the whole week and it was a great money saver.
As for POFQ- WOW!!!!! I gotta tell ya I had lower expectations going in, but I don't have a SINGLE complaint about this resort. BEAUTIFUL theming, great food court, the transportation is excellent, so glad we weren't at Riverside, those poor people are always standing, we only stood once for the entire trip! I will go into detail about the resort with photo's, transportation details (there was one major qwirk I want to share), etc. when we get them uploaded.
Also, the Dreamteam, we have some tips. We basically spotted them several times a day, had conversations with a few of them, etc. It was fun keeping our eye out for them and we can show you what they look like so you can join in on the fun. More details to come on the Dream Team and our wishes granted as well.
Wow, what a MAGICAL vacation.
We had two Disers approach us on the trip, which was very cool. Diana was a lurker and never posted but her and her husband stopped us at POFQ one night and we talked with them, and Jill from Mason approached us at Mama Melrose - very nice to meet you guys. Also met up with Darlene and John, details about that with pics too- Hi guys!!!!
Oh yeah, the Father's day gift. . .. Tim is a HUGE Yankee fan. He has two best friends that he grew up with who are married now (one lives in Detroit, one lives here locally) these guys are the BEST of friends and all Yankee fans. Well, I called them up, found a date they were all available and bought all three of them excellent seats for a Yankee game on a Saturday in August, it is a Detroit game so they will spend the weekend at his best friends house in Detroit and his wife is actually out of town that weekend so it will be a guys weekend - Tim was thrilled.
Well, busy day today paying bills online, grading for University of Phoenix, picking up the dog, doing laundry and hitting the grocery. I plan on uploading some photo's soon and I will try to get the first installment out by Monday or Tuesday, who knows, maybe sooner
