I can't believe its only 9 days!!! I remember when we were counting down from 80! I Hope my September trip gets here as fast as this did!! I may be going to one of the parks this friday with a disney-crazed friend of mine, he hasn't been to disney since he moved here from jersey, so we may drive the 3 hours on friday for the day! Nothing compared to my "real" september trip, but hey, its disney!!!

I know, I can't believe it either. That 80 will go by before you know it, mine did! Have fun on Friday, that's worth the 3 hour drive for sure!

Lauren laughs every time she see's those bananas dancing on the screen Isn't that a good deal on the water, I couldn't believe it. It will be at the front desk, we will ask for it when we arrive, I wrote "hold for 6/14 arrival" on the address in the 2nd address line. I'll let you know how it works out when we get back.

9 days, YEAH!!!!!!!!!!! So I got a little done today. I ordered our water through Costco to be delivered and I went online to USPS.com and stopped mail while we are away.
Tonight at dinner we were all jumping out of our skin with excitement so we went around the table saying what the 5 things we are most looking forward to doing in Disney.
Mine were:
1). Seeing Fantasmic
2). Rockin' Roller Coaster
3). Taking Magical Milestones Tour
4). Riding Soarin together as a family (Lauren's big enough this year)
5). Seeing Wishes for the first time
Tim's were:
1). Expedition Everest
2). Test Track (we've never done this before)
3). Rockin' Roller Coaster
4). Mission Space
5). All of the food and snacks the World has to offer
Luke's were:
1). Thunder Mtn. Railroad
2). Buzz Light Year
3). Space Mtn.
4). Seeing CARS and the Power Rangers
5). Tower of Terror
Lauren just kept saying "I can't wait to go to Disney World!!!" Her favorites are: "seeing the princesses' and riding Small World and the Figment Ride"

After dinner Tim downloaded some Disney tunes from our favorite attractions and we listened and the kids danced. He found the fantasmic music for me, Small World music for Lauren and the monorail sounds and Rockin' Roller Coaster music for Luke, we were all on cloud nine
WHAT A GREAT NIGHT. Even better because it brings us closer to Disney.

What!?! I didn't know you hadn't seen Wishes. I agree with 2angelsinheaven have some tissues w/ you. I bauled like a baby the first time I saw it and come to think of it every time after that. I'm so glad y'all are doing the single digit dance. I'll be doing the double digit dance in 1 week. Where did Tim find the music? I have only been able to find the Fantasmic song. I really want Wishes and REALLY REALLY want the monorail. Thanks!

I know, I know, I can't believe it either, but remember we've always traveled with two small children and they get TIRED in that June heat after being at rope drop each morning, even with the afternoon breaks. Also, it rains a lot in June so some of our MK nights if Spectro was cancelled due to storms we headed back to the hotel. I can't wait to see it this year!!!!!

We may go day 1, depending on how tired we are after being up at 5 a.m. for a flight, other than that I have MK on our evening schedule 2 other times before we see you, so hopefully you can ask me all about it when you see me, I will keep kleenex handy - man, now I want to see it even more.

I know, can you believe it. We did have FP's for Test Track two separate times, the first time it rained so they had to close it, the second time it was broken down so we didn't get to ride it - hopefully this year we'll have better luck!

See my response above, with two young kids being tired at night and the June rain we just haven't ever been able to see it, I can't WAIT to see it. I haven't seen the video on purpose because I don't want to ruin the surprise of it.

I totally understand the Wishes thing. Last time DS had to go to the bathroom (can you believe it?) and I had to take him so we missed it all. To this day, DH says its his biggest regret that we didn't watch as a family.

This problem will be rectified this trip!

I know, I can't wait. The kids are SOOOOO thrilled. They have two countdowns going, Lauren asks me several times a day "show me with how many fingers til' your out of work mommy?" I show her, then "show me how many fingers left til' Disney mommy!" and I show her and she screams "YEAH DISNEY WORLD BABY!!!!" They are going out of their skin excited, and so are Tim and I, seven days TOMORROW!

I know, I can't believe it. I can't wait to ride the rides the four of us this year, we can do Splash Mtn, Thunder Mtn. Railroad, Soarin', Test Track, and Kali River Rapids all as a family for the FIRST time this year, YEAH!!!!!! I have TT as a FP at rope drop and riding Rockin' in standby line our first full MGM day, can't wait!

Oh I can believe it, I missed Spectro that way two years ago. Lauren was 18 months and Luke was 4 and we had just had dinner in the Castle and I wanted to stay for Spectro. Lauren had hit the wall and Tim was a little grumpy so they took the boat back to Wilderness Lodge and Luke and I ( he always seems to be my late night buddy) stayed for Spectro. We had the most OUTSTANDING seats right by the rope in Mainstreet, totally clear view and RIGHT as the lights went down and it started he said "mommy I have to pee" I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! I had him wait it out as long as possible but long story short we saw 5 minutes of spectro and had to leave. This year we will pee before Spectro and again AFTER Spectro before Wishes. Nothing is getting between me and WISHES this year (so if you see Luke peeing in the rose garden you'll know why, TOTALLY KIDDING - don't flip out guys )

So, per request here is our FINAL itinerary so for those of you checking in while we are away next week (I can say next week - YEAH) and thinking of us you can have a mental image of our location.

Day 1/June 14th (Thursday) :
*We fly out of Dayton around 8 a.m.
*We will arrive around 11:30 and should arrive at POFQ 12:30ish
*After we check in or leave bags we will head IMMEDIATELY to MGM
We'll grab Counterservice when we get ther then Plan on trying to catch the High School Musical Pep Rally, a show and FP TOT or Rockin' when we get there to use before we leave the park. We also want to see the 3:00 parade.
Dinner is between our two reservations right now (Kona if we decide to leave the park, if we do we may monorail over to MK depending on how tired we are that night after traveling) or MGM 50's Prime Time if we decide to stay at MGM, which we woud maybe see Fantasmic before heading back to the hotel. We'll see
Day 2: June 15th - MY B-Day
*We will hit Magic Kingdom that morning at rope drop
*Head back to the hotel for a break after lunch
*Hit Epcot that night for Coral Reef Reservations for my b-day dinner
*Illuminations that night

Day 3: June 16th-
*Epcot that morning (be there at rope drop, leave after lunch around 1-2)
*O'Hana's for dinner that night (YES!!!!!!! )
*Monorail to the Magic Kingdom to catch Spectro and Wishes (hopefully weather will cooperate)

Day 4: June 17th:Father's Day
*Wake Tim up and give him his awesome gift (reminds me, need to put that in the suitcase)
*MGM that morning, Star Wars Days, Tim and Luke will head right away to try and get Luke in the Star Wars parade that day, hope they can Luke is SO excited about this! (So is Tim )
*Counter service at MGM/ Break after lunch
*Concourse Steakhouse for dinner (Tim's pick) and then headed to Magic Kingdom for EMH - we're gonna give it a try this year - should be fun!

Day 5: June 18th
*Sleep in this morning, get up whenever and can hit Epcot, MGM, or MK, whatever we want for like an hour and grab lunch or hang out at the resort and swim and eat lunch there
*Down Town Disney p.m. for shop til' we drop!!!!!
*Lauren's Bippety Boppety Botique reservation at 4:00 (she'll be wearing her Belle gown - can't wait)
*Wolfgang Puck Cafe for dinner (first for us)

Day 6: June 19th
*Animal Kingdom a.m. - Donald's Breakfastasaurus 8:00 a.m reservation
*Lunch at AK, break after lunch and Nemo Show
*At night this is the girl and guy meals. Lauren and I at Epcot for Princess meal at Askershaus (a first for us) and Tim and Luke head to Whispering Canyon for their "manly" meal We'll meet up after at Epcot or Magic Kingdom

Day 7: June 20th-
*MGM morning - be there at rope drop, ride lots of great rides!
*Lunch at MGM
*Epcot p.m. - LeCellier dinner at 6:40 (another first for us)
*Illuminations


Day 8: June 21st
*Epcot Morning
*Lunch in World Showcase
*MGM p.m. (this is the day I keep trying to get a Fantasmic package for, but we still at least have reservations at Mama Melrose at 5:40) we will stay for Fantasmic this night FOR SURE (weather permitting) I will keep trying to get a package, hoping someone will cancel

Day 9: June 22nd:
*Magical Milestones Tour at Magic Kingdom at 9:00 (plan on hooking up with Darlene and John from the Dis that day at MK- can't wait)
*lunch at Magic Kingdom/ back to hotel for a break
MGM p.m. or night off (our choice) Counterservice credits for dinner this night

Day 10: June 23rd (sad sad day )
Magic Kingdom at rope drop for our last day in the parks
Lunch at the Plaza at 11:55
Dream Come True Parade (haven't seen the afternoon parade at MK since our honeymoon, always leave for kid naps)
After the parade maybe hit a few rides with accumulated FP's from the morning but we need to leave soon because our Magical Express leaves at 5:00 p.m. from POFQ to take us to MCO for our 8:50 flight.

SOOOOOOOOOOOO that's all folks, how does it sound? I CAN'T WAIT!!!! Typing it all out makes me EVEN more excited. We have SO much to look forward to (next week )
