My personal opinion is that this was planned in advance. I believe the kid was coached by the parent to try something with each character until they got a film good enough that they thought they could sue. I also believe this will all come out in the end, as the truth usually does. After all "Tigger" has been found not guilty before. It's no different than the people who stage falls or other mishaps to try to sue stores, hotels, etc. for profit. It's really sad when parents involve their children in this kind of fraud.
