Tigger Attacks!!!!

Has anyone seen the video of Tigger punching the kid in the face at WDW??? Well I guess i really wouldn't call it punching... but he definetly hit the kid. The family hired a lawyer; it should be interesting to see what happens. I don't have the link with me but if you go to YouTube it should be right there. Anyone seen this?? What do you all think???

It's all over the DIS and it looks to me like the kid is doing something behind Tigger's back that makes him spin around. It actually looks like the kid is trying to remove the costume or he's grabbing it in the back. Maybe the CM in the costume was just trying to prevent that from happening?
I'm no expert, and I've never had on one of those costumes, but I find it hard to believe Tigger could connect to the kid's chin with a purposeful punch when most CM's can't even see to sign autographs!

It just looks fishy......

This has been under the updates on the home page of the DIS website for several days. I have watched the video and it doesn't look like to me he's hitting the kid. It does "look" like the kid is doing something to Tigger. BUT I know that things aren't always as they appear ! Oh well, it's an unfortunate situation either way.

The news stations in New York aired the video the other day. To me it didn't look like Tigger punched the kid smack in the face but it looked like he went to push the kid out of the way. The first thing that popped into our minds was what did the kid to behing Tigger's back to make him react that way. Tiggers just don't do things like that unless they are provoked in some way.

I agree with those that feel Tigger was provoked by that kid. Something was being done to the back of tiggers costume or the kid was hurting tiggers back. I hope this "lawsuit" gets thrown out.

The strange thing is you see the boy looking one way in the video- now a completely different person- polo wearing clean cut looking child on the news. I saw the video and do think it looks like the kid was trying to grab something on tigger's back- and even the Dad said at first he was mad at his son-thinking he had done something(which to me says he has done things like that before) but chose to believe his son when he said he didn't do anything. Um yeah right...

Watch the video in slow-mo and freeze it when Tigger is facing him. The kid's hand is up inside his costume - I would venture to say that the turd was trying to remove his head!

I would venture to say the dad knew his son was wrong, but after watching the video, realized he might have a get-rich-quick scheme.

i agree it was not tiggers fault and the kid seems to be pulling at tiggers back. tigger reacted as if to stay upright. however, i feel disney made a grave error in suspending the cm thus in a way admitting fault. thereby opening up the avenue for a lawsuit. if this kid wins any lawsuit it's a travesty. but unfortunately many corporations, etc rather settle outside then get bad publicity. i'm sure they will get something.

The kid is definitely doing something behind Tigger's back. After Tigger spins around you can plainly see the kid"s arm caught under Tigger's armpit. If he would have had his arm loosely around Tigger it would have fallen downwards when Tigger spun around. I wonder if the CM has said anything fishy was going on to make him/her react??? Funny thing too, the kids is smiling the whole time in the video. The dad's first thought about what happened was correct.

The Kid is up to no good. I think Tigger should counter sue. The kid's pranks has put this poor cm's job on the line. Ad the parents should be ashamed!!!! If I had done something like that as a child my mother would have made me apologize to both the cm and the cm's manager!
