Wowie!! Hi everybody.

Today was very busy!
d last night: salad, cheese, crackers (6)
B; pb and banana on one slice white bread (5)
L; hot dog on bun, potato tots, 10 oz water (7)
D; bologna sandwich on wheat bread, 16 oz water (5)
Exercise:

Babysitting day. Took a walk in a field (15). Too many snake holes for me!

Gym; 30 minutes of running around bases.

Lesli- Thinking of it in minutes rather than miles makes makes me want to move because I know how long it takes me to complete a mile. Walking is fun but it gets very boring after awhile. I can apply other activities if I use minutes! Thanks for popping in.

I'll get to it, I promise ya! I don't crave chocolate...I've actually never liked it. I crave cheese and garlic.

huh? What did you play in band? Glad you enjoyed it...it's always fun. I'm having a faboo time already. Thanks for visiting. (TOM needs to take a vacation for a long long while. I don't know, maybe a million years? I feel like I've lost weight though. I'm eating less, kinda like I know when I'm thirsty or bored, though.)

My goals for this week:

Stay OP

Drink more water

Try a different kind of exercise

Make more ME time (time just for me to do whatever I like)

Drink less diet soda (I indulge in one or two cans a week)

Get salads at lunch instead of pizza

Visit others journals!!!
