P.S. I would do the exercise challenge but I don't have any time to fit exercise in my schedule right now between work, school and Girl Scouts. I'm going to try for June though. Congrats on hosting your first challenge!

Just did a 25-minute FIRM workout. Today I used broth cans AND ketchup. I working out with the grocery store.

I have another energy crisis. I gotta MOVE...but I can't. Man, I wanna DANCE right now. But it's late and really-truly I'm TIRED. My grocery-store workout's taking a toll!!!

One SERIOUS request: I need some major MAGIC to get through my squad leader training for marching band. I get to tell people what to do with my "authorit-osity" and wear an orange hat. Fun, but LOTS of hard work.

Exercise: 30 minutes gym, 10 minutes kickball, 5 minute walk home.

Squad leader tryouts are counted as exercise: LOTS of marching. I imagine it to be like walking through WDW. 1 hour military marching.

I had to deal with some very mean/rotten people today. They called me "fat." Actually, they told me to "eat it". One of them was about the size of two me, width wise. I'm PMSing though, so that makes things 10x worse. If it comes while I'm RfLifing it, I'm gonna scream.

Hang in there. Marching band looks so easy from a distance but it's SO HARD!!! You CAN do this, and if you just take one day at a time, you will.

Yeah, actually, I do. It's not nice, but I'm sure it'd be at least 3 activity points. That and running from the authorities!! :rotfl:


Thanks for the kind words. We work SO many hours for a five minute show. But it's a good show with LOTS of moving and sweating. Heck, I don't even know if I made it yet. Two more days of tryouts and God will tell. I hope I don't fall over!

B4 I forget: 7 mins on FIRM 5-day abs. 5 minutes on Firm Strong Legs. 1 minute 30 seconds of T-Tapp Amazing Legs. YAY!! :cheer2:

Thanks. Tomorrow and Friday are the tough parts. You play memorized stand tunes and place people out on the field. I'm excited but NERVOUS!!

I'm ADDICTED to exercise. (The first step is admitting, right?? :rotfl:! ) It's fun, sometimes, but I think of what awesome results will happen if I keep stickin' to it.
