Apparently Tiger Woods was involved in a rollover crash on Jupiter Island in Florida this afternoon. More details to come from multiple sources.

Reports haven't provided much clarity on what happened. Apparently, two cars were involved and one rolled over. One person went to the hospital while the other declined, but reports didn't indicate which one was Woods. No indication if it was his car that rolled over or the other party. Sounded like the local police would be providing an update later today.

As I recall his 2021 crash, it was a one car incident where he ran off the road and struck a tree.

They think he was NOT drunk (he refused a urine test) but he WAS lethargic - they are saying he was intoxicated.

This makes two accidents on his own and a third years ago when:

"Following revelations of infidelity in November 2009, Tiger Woods' ex-wife, Elin Nordegren, reportedly chased him out of the house with a golf club. He tried to escape in his car where she broke the window of his Cadillac SUV with the golf club. Woods subsequently crashed his vehicle into a fire hydrant and tree, leaving him with facial lacerations."

He definitely needs to get a driver.

During a press conference Friday, the sheriff's office said that Woods exhibited signs of impairment at the scene of the crash and was arrested.

The sheriff's office said Woods agreed to take a breathalyzer test which showed no alcohol in his system, but refused to take a urine test, which is used to detect drugs or medication.

Investigators said they believe impairment may have been caused by medication, though no substances were found in the vehicle.

In addition to driving under the influence with property damage, Woods was charged with refusal to submit to a lawful test. Both are misdemeanors.
