They are really fun to play with! I had the hardest time getting the right "Halloween Orange" so I ended up just blending my own, so far so good! Did you order from Dharma? You will love them I promise! I am glad you found the other thread to! Whoo hoo!

You bet! DH place the order for me, I can't recall but I think so. I made some for a friend and they turned out cute and pretty, (didn't take pic )
I been reading ya'll on the other thread since I participated there like 2 or 3 years ago, but my mini tutorial was here, but it can be fun here and there as well.

I think I do remember seeing you over there a long time ago now that I think about it! That thread is great- lots of people come and go but we have some really strong "regulars" over there to answer ?'s for people, so it will be nice to add your experience to that!

Hi Roxy, I was wondering if you would be willing to send me a copy of the mickey mouse head that you use for the tye dyeing. I have been fooling around and making the spiral mickey mouse head shirts that was on the DISign board, but these tye dyed ones intrigue me enough to give them a try over the fall months. On these the request was less color and more white. The ears are red but the look orange on the picture, I guess is the light or the flash

Would this work if you did a bull's eye instead of spiral tye-dying? I like the bull's eye look. I am trying to picture it in my head. I am thinking when you pull the Mickey head tight and then put the rubber bands on, the area on the back of the shirt behind the Mickey head will get lost in the middle and not get any dye. Does that make sense?

Hey Stormer.. you will actually be working from both sides of the shirt when banding.. make your MM on the front (and one on the back if you want!) then you will band down until you see the seam that is between the front and back. Then you will pick up the middle of the back of the shirt, and band in towards the other half. Does that make sense? If it doesnt let me know and I will take some pictures for you
