My children and I are heading down to stay on my developer points for a week in August. My DH and I are doing a weekend trip to BLT in December 2009!!!

When I go in August, I plan to buy myself an AP, which means I will be all set for the December trip (and possibly for the August 2010 trip if the dates work out).

If I buy DH a 4 day, park hopper with no expiration, and he uses 3 days in December, that would leave him one day. When we go back in August 2010, can he upgrade that ticket to an AP? If so, would it be backdated to December?

Ticket upgrades must be done within 14 days of first use.

Even if the pass is Non Expiring? If that is the case, then it definitely makes sense to do the AP.

My DH and I will just be on off cycles with when each of us gets a new one--no biggie.
