I'm going to Dl in July. I have a 2 day park Hopper ticket. I want to get the premium annual pass. To upgrade I have to pay the difference?

Do you upgrade at the ticket Booth? Or inside the park?

You pay the difference in the price you paid for you 2 day PH and the AP you want. Do this at the AP center in DL(left side, hub end of main street), or in DCA inside Greetings From California. You must do it before you leave on the second day of useing your PH. Your AP will start from the day you activated your PH.

Since a 2 day hopper doesn't have MM anyway, you might consider upgrading the first day so you can get AP discounts on food and merch that day.
