tickets through TA question

So we got an 8 day park hopper through a deal with our TA. We have since added a day and it would be cheaper for us to return the PH our TA got us and just buy a 9 day PH through Disney, instead of buying a full day PH for each of us, in addition to the original tickets.

My question is, since I would prefer to have the money put back on my card and then buy the tickets once my return has gone through, will not having tickets on my account for a couple weeks mess up the fast passes I have already scheduled?

Why not add days to the tickets you go though your TA? Unless there is something specail about the 8Day PH, you should when get to the parks be able to walk to into guest services on or before day 8 ends and "add a day"/Upgrade to a 9 day PH.

Because my ta was getting us a deal on the tickets, I guess it has an 8 day cap.

Double check the restrictions on the tickets.

To answer your question its likely once your admission poofs so does your FP+
