Tickets question not on sticky.

So I'm planning to buy a MYW with park hopper option. I figured I probably wouldn't be going to any waterparks or if I decided to it'd be cheaper to buy a one day ticket. Anyway my question is does the MYW include downtown Disney? I do NOT want to miss out on that shopping! The ticket sticky says it includes entrance to the 4 major parks but nothing about DTD. Also, what exactly is Disney Quest? Would it be worth the extra $330 dollars to upgrade to the WPF&M option? We'll have 5 adults and a 4 year old going. Thanks for any replies!

DTD is a shopping area, there is no admission.

There is no admission to Downtown Disney. If you're just there to shop and eat, there is no admission. If you want to go into the clubs on Pleasure Island or Disney Quest or Cirque, those have individual entry fees.
