tickets on your KTTW

We've bought our 14 day ticket via Virgin and the usual procedure is to take the voucher to Guest relatiions and get your tickets. Does anyone know how we can get the tickets put on to our keys? The tickets get so tatty after 3-4 days of hopping! The first time we went it was done automatically in the hotel-didn't even need to take the voucher down to GR

You can definitely ask on check-in. We had the last 6 days of our 14 day tickets put onto our key when we checked into CSR in 2007.
I was only reading a thread the other day though about some people having problems doing this, but I think that was more booking a package and then on check-in being told the tickets were on the card and they weren't.
If you've booked the whole package with Virgin, then your tickets SHOULD be on your KTTW card automatically I think.

They were the first time but then the last 2 times they weren't-its just a pain on the first evening when I have to go get the tickets sorted and I'm itching to get in there!I'll ask at check in next time.The weird thing is last time we had bought MVMCP tix which I could pick up in the hotel

I know what you mean This time we've booked a package through Disney UK and I'm just hoping things go ok (we're not used to package as we haven't done one since the millenuim )

Ours were added automatically on to our KTTW tickets in early May

We've been to disney 6 times with virgin and only once our tickets weren't on our KTTW card. We have never asked just seem to get them put on

Weird! perhaps they smell my desperation to get in the parks (or the fact I've spent 9 hours on a plane) and decide to make me really work for it!I'll enquire when we get there-thanks everyone

The one time I booked with Virgin our tickets were on our KTTW, but we where on a package with the dinning plan.

I'm wondering if it's got something to do with booking a package - ie. also having the dinning plan as to get it you have to book a room & tickets.

If you book a full package (with DDP) with Virgin then there should be no reason why they are not on the KTTW. If not it might be possible that Virgin purchases the park tickets differently and they are treated as they have been purchased from an Agent like Attraction Tickets Direct etc....

When we tried to add our tickets bought through Attraction Tickets Direct to our KTTW cards at Animal Kingdom Lodge last year concierge said that they would not do it because if something went wrong with our KTTW cards and they had to be reissued then they would not be able to add the tickets on again - I'm not exactly sure why that would be though and we didn't push it with them.

I've booked flights and hotel through Virgin...

If I buy my tickets from Disney themseves (they seem to be about the cheapest at the moment for 2010 14 day tickets), could I ask for them to be put on my KTTW when we check in?

Just used our AP's for 4th trip, over 30 park days still as good as new.
