I just booked my tickets over the weekend with univacations using the fan club code from my company. I never received a confirmation throught email (they promised) and so I called again to check. So I finally got my email and found out that they spelled my last name wrong. I asked the person if I could change the last name on the records as I am worried that I might not be able to pick up my tickets at the booths since my CC shows a different last name. The Univacation CM said he can't change it in the system! What should I do now? Refund the tickets? Or try again tomorrow and see if I could change it?
