I'm probably worrying for nothing, but I ordered our WDW tickets last weekend from UT when I found out about the price increase with Disney. I've always purchased tickets direct, so having them shipped through the mail is stressing me out. For those who have used UT, how long did it take to receive your tickets? The site said they usually ship in one business day, so I thought I'd have them by now. I'm sure they were bombarded with people like me trying to save money at the last minute but just need someone to put my worrying mind at ease. Lol! TIA!

Don't worry. I just received a ticket in the mail from them a few days ago and it took about 10 days from the time I ordered online to get it. They did send me an e-mail when they shipped it (to let me know it was on the way) and I was able to track the package online to see the progress of where it was at. Luckily, I placed my order before the price increase so that may have helped speed wise.

I always feel better after I receive the confirmation of the shipment, though, so I can track it. I feel your pain (LOL). Our next DVC trip is not until fall, so that may affect how quick they ship, too, since I put in my September DVC trip as when I needed the ticket.

Thank you so much for your response! I feel better. Glad to know they send an email when they ship too. We leave for a Disney cruise in two weeks, so I hope they get here before then. The tickets aren't for that trip though. I just don't want them getting delivered when I'm not home. :) Thanks again for putting my mind at ease.

I'm waiting for some to arrive also.....but I have ordered from them many times and they are great!!

I ordered last year around the same time and it took a good 10 days. I remember I was a bit worried but it all WORKED OUT. :)

From the UT web site:

United States: Regular Shipping (15 Business Days) delivered by Tue, Mar-25-2014 :
Non-USA: Regular Shipping (17 Business Days) delivered by Thu, Mar-27-2014

I bought tickets from UT the day the price went up and got them in the mail today. So six days. Ordered Sun evening, arrived Sat morning.

I ordered last Sunday as well. Just got my shipping email today. :)

I ordered mine last Sunday as well but still don't have the tickets or a shipping email. Hoping I will get the email soon. :)

I have ordered from them multiple times. I probably would have again, but I ordered from orbitz ( for the first time) right before the increase. I always got my tickets within two weeks.

Does anyone have experience linking these tickets from UT or orbitz to their magic band? Any issues?

I linked mine from UT without any problem. I have the old paper tickets. I scanned them with my iPhone and they were easily linked that way. I have a voucher from Orbitz. I do not want to add the tickets until after my upcoming trip. I plan to pick up my orbitz tickets when I am at Disney in two weeks and link them later after my AP expires.

I order some on Monday since there was still no price increase on their site and it did have a not due to high volume it may take up to 14 days to receive tickets. We have ordered from them many times and never a problem. Actually I ordered them on Tuesday I just realized and still got the old prices.

10 days for our US tickets this year. They have a Canadian office too, so those were sent from there.

I ordered 2 for extended family that is vacationing with us before the price went up on Monday also. Sound like I might get them tomorrow, but then again we are expecting 12+ inches of snow.

Disney has me hooked into buying the discounted PAP's for my household, even though I had though I was trying to quite going more than once a year. Thank goodness for SW points

This is a mite unrelated, but I do want to give a shout-out to Undercover Tourist...they are super...

I've had two problems (over many years and many purchases) w/UT...and both times they were beyond wonderful.

The first time was 100% my fault...I just ordered the wrong thing (somehow clicked on "child" ticket when what I needed was a ticket for my 25-year-old DS!)...they fixed MY error next to immediately...and while I did (of course) pay the "extra" for the adult ticket, they didn't charge me a penny for the change...

The second time something went wrong somewhere--no one knows how or where--but the PH we got from UT was "empty"--i.e., despite having bought a 7-day PH, we got a ticket w/no days of any kind on it at all...we discovered this when we tried to link the ticket to a magic band...

Ultimately, Disney & UT worked out between the two of them...but once we got onsite (to the new VGF--LOVE that resort!), the work-out was smooth and they were very, very nice to us...(trying to deal w/Disney IT ahead of time, not so much...I do not have the same high praise for Disney IT!)...

Anyway, the high likelihood is that your tix will arrive soon and you'll have no issues or problems...but if something does go wrong you can rely on UT to sort it out and make it right, in an almost painless way!

Thank you for all of the replies. I've always read good things about UT on the boards, so that's why I ordered from them. I will let you know when I get my shipping confirmation and when the tickets arrive. :)

Susan

I've already linked my two tickets to my trip and they are showing up exactly right. Thanks to UT.
