Tickets From Undercover Tourist

Just wondering how long it usually takes to receive your tickets from Undercover Tourist?

Hi Lori,

I've ordered tickets twice from UT. The first time we received them within 2 weeks and the second time occurred during our postal strike. UT was excellent, they asked if we wanted them couriered b/c of the strike I decided to go with regular mail as we were far enough out from departure. The tickets arrived within 5 days of the strike ending.

I plan to use them for our next trip.

Ours came from UT with a Toronto address and received within a week.

We recieved ours both times within a week. I was surprised how prompt they were.
Hint- they are real tickets. When you open the envelope they are packaged so you can see the back of the tickets with the type of ticket & # of days in clear celo. Before you open that up check to see that the tickets are correct. If they are wrong, UT asks that your return them un-opened. I guess to prevent some less then honest people from tampering?

Also received ours within a week. This was two months ago.

Two weeks for us, from the date of order to the date the tickets were in hand.

I would not hesitate to use Undercover Tourist again.
